    Jayburgers, Butchering a Leg of Lamb & Tomatomania

    We take a last visit to one of LA's landmark burger stands to chat with some regulars that have been eating there for 30 years. We also track down Jay, the owner to find out about the future of this wonderful little shack. Visit a specialty meat packing plant that services many of our favorite local restaurants where we'll learn how to butcher a leg of lamb. We get a preview of the tomato-mania happening this weekend at Hortus nursery in Pasadena.
