Join Evan and chef Sang Yoon (Father’s Office, Lukshon) next month for a discussion about the connections between food and design. The panel will be part of a spectacular afternoon called

A Celebration of Design + Architecture in Los Angeles. The event is spearheaded by Frances Anderton, host of

    DnA on KCRW.

Evan and Sang will talk Modernism and the design of kitchens and restaurants, drawing from their own experiences as patrons of design, as well as Evan’s memories of a childhood bathed in Modernist architecture. Continue reading for more details and click here to buy tickets…

They’ll speak on Sunday, April 14 at 3 p.m. at the Helms Bakery. Come at 1 p.m. for a panel about L.A. architecture featuring LACMA Director Michael Govan, the Getty Research Institute’s Wim de Wit, and MOCA Guest Curator Christopher Mount.

Tickets are $10 per panel or $15 for both if you buy in advance, and $15 per panel at the door. Each ticket includes a complimentary treat from Father’s Office or Helms Bakery.
