Jonathan Gold, the Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the Los Angeles Times, talks about Nate Silver’s Burrito Bracket. Plus, he dishes on his favorite burrito in L.A., and what ingredients should and shouldn’t be swaddled inside a tortilla.

For more on Silver’s burrito bracket, Good Food contributor Gideon Brower ate lunch with the site’s Burrito Correspondent at Al & Bea’s in Boyle Heights. He reported on the experience for Good Food.
