Jonathan Gold is the Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the LA Times.

This week, he reviews Anzutei Ramen, a Nagoya-style ramen chain in Downtown LA. Serving a spicy Chinese-style tantanmen made from both tonkotsu (pork bone) and chicken broth, they also feature miso and shio(salt) ramen on their menu.
