Truman and Betty Kennedy are the co-owners of Kennedy Farms in Reedley, California. They have the largest display of dried fruit at the market and also have a delicious crop of fresh plums this time of year. Truman loves the Rosemary Plum, an old variety, but he also like the Angeleno.
Richmond and the Kennedy's are teaming up for the upcoming Localicious Gala on Friday September 16 at the Annenerg Community Beach House. The Gala is part of the Good Food Festival celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Santa Monica Farmers Market. To buy tickets to the event click here.
