Last week Evan interviewed Nina Garcia of Nina’s Food – she’s one of the original Breed Street vendors, now operating sola in the same part of town. We stopped by Nina’s truck (she’s got a temporary set of wheels) to sample her pambazos, the quesadillas and her now-famous seed salsa. Everything was phenomenal… Here’s a picture of the salsa:
