Sommelier Stacie Hunt comes to us from

Du Vin Wine and Spirits and

Splash Productions. She talks to Evan about what you can expect from a $6 bottle of Zinfandel from a 7-11 and what you can look forward to in a $70 bottle of Zinfandel from one of California’s best producers.

Stacie’s list of best Zinfandel producers include Ridge, Carol Shelton, Easton and Turley. All are estate-grown and older vines which are a bit more precious (hence the price range of $35 to $70.)
