Here’s a glimpse of Evan with her judge sash. Nina Garcia won the Vendy’s on Saturday – it’s a street food award that made it’s debut in L.A. this year. Nina wowed the judges with her pambazo and her quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. Competition was fierce for the former Breed Street vendor. She went up against Bigmista’s, The Grilled Cheese, Truck, India Jones, Hot Dog Kings, and Tacos al Galuzo. More about the event in the LA Times.
