    New York-based freelance writer Laurel Fantauzzo goes on a personal quest to find the best succulent pork sandwiches. Filling, inexpensive and delicious, these sandwiches range in variation from the Cuban (made with roast pork, Swiss cheese, ham slices and pickles on Cuban bread), the croque monsieur (served with Gruyère cheese, buttered bread and ham), and Vietnamese banh mi (shredded roast pork, pate, pickled daikon and carrots and cilantro).
