    Princess Teas, Handmade Olive Oil, and Decadent Butter

    Celebrated Pastry chef Sherry Yard talks about tea for the princess in you. Armando Manni makes by hand with what some call the best olive oil in the world. LA Times' food writer Charles Perry talks about the salad's role in California. We end with butter so good you could eat with a spoon -- from Mendon Creamery.

    Sherry Yard is the executive pastry chef at

    The Disney Princess Teas, following the first three daily showings of Freaky Friday, is playing at the historic El Capitan Theatre at 6838 Hollywood Boulevard.

    • Tea will be served at the Annex on the 5th floor of the Hollywood & Highland Entertainment Complex. The tea runs from Wednesday, August 6 through Monday, September 1, following the 9:30am, 12:15pm and 2:45pm showings of the film. The Princess Tea menu has been specially designed by celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck and his award-winning pastry chef, Sherry Yard.


      Armando Manni's olive oils can be found online only at www.manni.biz.


      Charles Perry is a food writer for the Los Angeles Times Food Section. He spoke about California's love of the salad.
