Rick Bayless – This Time on Music

There’s no question that Rick Bayless has caused quite a stir here in L.A. He angered a lot of people for claiming to bring Mexican food to L.A. We had Rick on Good Food when he opened Red O (hear the interview here) and while he was here, he taped a Guest DJ Project set with Raul Campos. While Bayless’ cuisine is rooted firmly in Mexico, his music choices span the globe.
