This Thanksgiving we’re all about simplifying your meal. Wine pairing can be complicated at the Thanksgiving table (What goes with both cranberry sauce

AND sweet potatoes?), but

Randy Clement of

Silver Lake Wine and

Everson Royce makes it easy. He selects four wines, each made of just one grape, that are sure to be crowd pleasers (and won’t break the bank). All of the wines below are available at both Silver Lake Wines and Everson Royce, but if you don’t have access to those two shops just remember four words: Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Dolcetto and Carignan.

White:

Cleneden Family Vineyards Gewurztraminer “Le Bon Climat” 2010 / CA

$16.50

Reds:

White Hawk Syrah “White Hawk Vineyard” 2002 / CA

$18.25

Giuseppe E Figlio Mascarello Dolcetto D’Alba 2010 / Italy

$22.50

Domaine Ferrer Ribiere Carignan “Empriente du Temps” 133 Year Old Vines VdP des Cotes Catalanes 2010 / France

$20.50

4 Wines. One Grape per Wine. All Perfect for Thanksgiving.
