    This week on Good Food, we are focusing on restaurants. Host Evan Kleiman chats with Los Angeles magazine's Lesley Bargar Suter about the best place for cheap eats in L.A. Jonathan Gold takes us to Sherman Oaks for some barbecue. We'll try a breakfast burrito with the OC Weekly's Gustavo Arellano. The mythical Irish Pub isn't all it's cracked up to be, says Bill Barich. Jay Brewer has some tricks to making fast food more enjoyable. Plus, rules for dining in Asian restaurants with Steven Shaw. And, Laura Avery is at the Santa Monica Farmers Market with a look at what's fresh and in season.

      David LeFevre is the chef at the new restaurant Manhattan Beach Post (1142 North Manhattan Ave., Manhattan Beach).  He is grilling peaches and poaching apricots right now.  Grill the peaches with some olive oil and rosemary then use in a salad.  He poaches the apricots in white wine and serves them over a lemon cheesecake.
