**UPDATE – THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED**

It seems that everywhere you look these days, someone is roasting a whole pig. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining. Personally, I’m really excited about the Out of the Box Collective’s Summer Feast, to be held June 12 in Malibu. Pig Rancher Lefty Ayers will be roasting a whole Berkshire Cross pig — for 18 hours! (Hear about Lefty on Good Food from our 10/26/11 show.) More info and tickets are here. The tickets are steep ($90), but it’s a fundraiser for SOS Malibu, an outreach organization helping homeless people in Malibu.
