Upcoming Good Food Events – Summer is Full!

My head is spinning with the number of events we’re doing here on Good Food. Honestly, I don’t know how Evan does it! (Of course, she is the woman who actually DOES all the events). Here’s what’s in store for us:

Taste of the Farmers Market

Taste of the Farmers MarketWhen: Tuesday, July 12 5:30 pm

What: Evan will be dipping chocolate, making ice cream and cooking chicken with some of our favorite Original Farmers Market Vendors like Little John, Bennett’s Ice Cream and Puritan Poultry. Eddie Lin will emcee and will host a lively raffle.

Eat Real Festival

Eat Real FestivalWhen: Saturday & Sunday, July 16-17

What: Food Crafters, Demos, Contest, Food Trucks and more. Evan will be showing you how to make and can homemade tomato sauce.

Good Food Happy Hour

When: Thursday, July 28

What: Beer! Come drink with us at Beer Belly in Koreatown. We’ll be joined by Beer Chick Christina Perozzi and we’ll sip beer from Deschutes.

Good Food StorySLAM at The Moth

When: Wednesday, August 3

What: Share your food story live on stage at The Moth’s StorySLAM. If you’re shy, you can always come and listen.

KCRW’s 3rd Annual Good Food Pie Contest

When: Sunday, September 18

What: Bake a pie, eat a pie or just come and watch the festivities.
