This morning Wolfgang Puck unveiled his menu for the 83rd Annual Academy Awards Governors Ball complete with Wood Fired Oscar Shaped Flatbreads Topped with Smoked Salmon and Caviar and Gold-Dusted Valrhona Chocolate Oscars.

This is the 17th year in a row that Wolfgang Puck has been selected to create the Governor’s Ball menu which will serve 1,500 guests following the Academy Awards. Guests will be greeted by an array of sushi and shellfish followed by California-inspired passed hors d’oeuvres such as Taro Root Tacos with Smoked Lobster, Avocado and Pickled Jalapeno. Once seated, guests will be served Puck’s signature salads, pan roasted dover-sole, vegetable paella and a sweet bouquet of Pastry Chef Sherry Yard’s desserts.
