    LACMA’s demolition during COVID-19

      The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) is taking down four buildings to make room for a new $750 million structure. Demolition began on April 6, and by Easter Sunday, the Leo S. Bing Theater was reduced to a pile of rubble. Many Angelenos are shocked and upset.
