Fanatic! Fanatic spring has done sprung. I know as far as the calendar is concerned, spring is unleashed on the 19th. As far as I’m concerned, with the end of February, winter’s sent packing until December 1. Some records go back to the shelf and some come down. These seasonal/light cycle/temperature rituals are just what I do, I think it’s cool. I try to not to reflect it too much on our show, lest my self-imposed rules restrict our collective enjoyment of our brief time together once a week.
Some easy access to bands on the show tonight!
New High On Fire album Cometh The Storm. Can’t wait!!!
New Charles Moothart album out next week. Really great! - Black Holes Don’t Choke
A cool spring mix tape we’ve got happening tonight. Hopefully, you’ll denote a slight change from last week’s (winter) mode.
Fanatic, I have no idea where you’re beaming in from. I hope your weather is manageable, not too oppressive and that you’re getting some good listening in. Every once and a while, I get some of that cool inside information as to upcoming releases and sometimes I even get to hear them. It’s not for me to talk about a record before the band or label does but I can tell you: there are some really great records to look forward to this year. As soon as we can get the tracks to you, of course we will.
Have a great night and STAY FANATIC!!!
