City Hall Backpedaling on LA's Mobility Plan

City Hall's all-in for reshaping LA's car-centric lifestyle,  but a lawsuit filed by a Westside anti-development group has the Council backpedaling on it  Mobility Plan 2035.

City Hall's all-in for reshaping LA's car-centric lifestyle. Mobility Plan 2035 calls for the construction of hundreds of miles of new bike and bus-only lanes, which effectively will slow car traffic in some places, while speeding it up in others. But a lawsuit filed by a Westside anti-development group has the Council backpedaling. And all of this will be front and center at City Hall tomorrow.
