Rain is in the forecast for much of the week in Southern California, and for the city of LA, it could very well be a test of whether Mayor Eric Garcetti sinks or swims.

Rain is in the forecast for much of the week in Southern California, and for the city of LA, it could very well be a test of whether Mayor Eric Garcetti sinks or swims. The Mayor's already taken to the airwaves to talk about El Niño preparations, and he has other things on his agenda for 2016 as well, from homelessness to crime.
