Environmental groups give Newhall Ranch the 'OK'

After decades of legal battles, developers and environmental groups in northern LA County say they've reached a deal that could clear the way for the Newhall Ranch project. It's a massive, construction proposal along the 5 Freeway. But not everyone is happy with the result.
