LA City Hall Takes SoCalGas to Court

The City of Los Angeles is taking Southern California Gas Company to court over the stench of a natural gas outflow in the northern portions of the San Fernando Valley. The leak, in the Porter Ranch area, has prompted hundreds of people to temporarily move out of their homes. The city’s actions are in addition to an already proposed-class action suit filed on behalf of some residents.
