No word as yet from Sacramento, on what Governor Jerry Brown will do in the wake of a state review board recommending parole for Leslie Van Houten. She's the woman who was convicted of murder in the 1969 Los Feliz killings of grocery magnate Leno LaBianca and his wife, Rosemary. The ruling still has to be reviewed by the board's legal team. After that, it'll be up to Brown to decide whether to block the decision. And that is something he has done in the past. While the case is decades old, the crimes are still closely followed here in LA and California.
