Underground champion Damian Lazarus stops by Metropolis to talk about his latest release and his upcoming show in L.A. Plus, Jason will premiere an exclusive Andy Cato mix as part of an upcoming Groove Armada EP.
Damian Lazarus is a master of the underground and he uses his darker platform to freely move between genres and styles. An accomplished DJ, producer, and musician, Damian is also the founder of the iconic U.K. based record label Crosstown Rebels, a place of refuge he's created for an army of talented musicians and producers who equally push boundaries and explore new sonic territories. He joins Jason on this edition of Metropolis to talk about his latest incarnation, "Lovers' Eyes," as well as his annual pilgrimage to Los Angeles' Egyptian Theater for Get Lost.
Also, Jason has an exclusive, four-song mix from Andy Cato of Groove Armada. The tracks will be on a forthcoming 6-song EP entitled Love Lights the Underground, which will be out September 9 on Om Records.
