With "Bow Down to the Exit Sign", his third album for 1500 Records / Go! Beat Records, David Holmes once again stakes his claim to unexplored and intriguing new ground. The album was developed alongside a feature film script entitled Living Room. Fans of David's music will recognize how the ideas have developed since his last album, 1997's narcotic and neon flavoured "Let's Get Killed". David's eclectic approach has lent itself to a string of other projects, including his very own Essential Mix album for London Records and most notably, a glittering selection of remixes: from the Manic Street Preachers, the Aloof and Red Snapper to Jon Spencer Blues Explosion. In 1998 Holmes scored the Universal Pictures film Out of Sight, starring George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez.
