All eyes are on London-based DJ and producer TSHA. Entirely self-taught, TSHA’s got the attention of the electronic industry as of the most promising female producers, and just one listen will demonstrate why.
Her standout debut EP Dawn is a body of work that emcompasses her sound, which is diverse and intricate with an ear for groove-laden basslines, rich electronic textures, and tribal undertones. TSHA's foundation and unique personal style draw on influences from the likes of Bonobo, Jon Hopkins, Boards of Canada, Floating Points and Four Tet.
TSHA’s ascent has been speedy, with a slew of recent tour dates in the US and across the pond. We are thrilled to welcome rising star TSHA to KCRW ahead of her DJ set at San Diego’s sold-out electronic festival CRSSD next weekend.
