Last year, DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist embarked on a massive tour honoring hip hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa by spinning his original vinyl. They filmed the "Renegades of Rhythm" live show when they passed through Oakland and tonight they'll host the world premiere screening.

Last year, DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist embarked on a massive tour honoring hip hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa by spinning his original vinyl. They filmed the Renegades of Rhythm live show when they passed through Oakland and tonight they'll host the world premiere screening at the Downtown Independent Theater. They'll join Jason in studio for a chat at 10am.
