    Brooklyn’s Big Crown Records has become one of our most reliable sources for impeccably produced throwback soul and funk sounds with room for modern experimentation. A fresh cut from Norwegian newcomer Les Imprimés easily continues the winning streak so we’re giving it a spin.

    We’re also spinning a solid sampler platter of tracks from the freshly dropped KCRW Top 30 chart. We love to see usual suspects: Everything But the Girl, Eddie Chacon, and Biig Piig represented… But it’s even cooler to see the mysterious Filipino project NGAW that we’ve been championing for weeks debut at number 20.
