Gather round for the soothing sounds of LA singer-songwriter Dre Babinski who performs under the moniker Steady Holiday. She’s bringing her gentle-yet-profound indie-folk to the Hammer Museum for Summer Nights TONIGHT, and we have the title track from her latest LP Newfound Oxygen cued to get you in the mood. Plus, Genesis Owusu drops the brand new track “Tied Up!” ahead of his forthcoming LP STRUGGER (due Aug. 18 via Ourness/AWAL), we celebrate the video release of Peter Cat Recording Co.: KCRW Live From HQ, and we check out some classic Sparks.
