KCRW’s Breakthrough Artist of 2023 Baby Rose has done plenty in 2024 to further cement our case: from Slow Burn, her collab EP with BADBADNOTGOOD, to her recent guest appearance with Vince Staples at Shrine Expo Hall. And now she’s given us her achingly soulful rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide.” Hear it here, in all of its organ-forward, gospel-tinged glory. Plus, Michael Kiwanuka’s Small Changes and Father John Misty’s Mahashmashana are both out in full and both on deck for this edition of MBE.
