Born in Nashville and raised by missionaries in Japan, Ellen McIlwaine was a brilliant slide guitarist. She started out playing in Greenich Village with Jimi Hendrix and gained a cult following in Australia in the 80's. Last month, she passed away in her long-time home of Alberta, Canada. You'll hear a captivating one from her along with an array of new selections.
