KCRW’s signature music program — defying format since 1977.

Jaubi hail from Lahore, Pakistan. They take their name from the Urdu language, roughly translating to “whatever”. They simply enjoy creating whatever feels good. As a matter of fact, their jazz- and hip-hop-fed spiritual sounds have been remixed and inspired by many in the LA and London electronic/beat scenes.
With their flair, they’ve covered the likes of the late greats MF Doom and J Dilla.
Tune in to listen to some “whatever sounds” from Jaubi and more on this fine Tuesday morning.
