Attorney General Jeff Sessions addressed immigration judges this week, saying, “Asylum was never meant to alleviate all problems, even all serious problems that people face everyday, all over the world.” Sessions says women who claim domestic violence will no longer be granted asylum, and that immigration courts are “overloaded with fake claims.”
