The Trump administration announced last week that online-only learning is not an option for international students. In response, several international college students in California are suing the Trump administration.
The Trump administration announced last week that online-only learning is not an option for international students. In response, several international college students in California are suing the Trump administration. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction against enforcing the new policy.
MIT and Harvard are also suing the administration. Nearly 100 members of Congress sent a letter to ICE calling this policy irrational and xenophobic.
Meanwhile, universities are scrambling to figure out how to safely reopen.
