    Nearly 200 Catholic bishops and high-ranking clergy are in Vatican City for a meeting on child sex abuse within the church -- and efforts that individual diocese around the world made to cover it up. Pope Francis has vowed to take action to protect children, but there is a lot of skepticism around whether the church can police itself.
