Today is the deadline to sign up for health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. We get the latest on who’s signing up and who isn’t. Plus, we look at the ongoing politics of Obamacare and the other hot button beltway issues in our Monday political roundup. We also say goodbye to Hobie Alter, who changed the face of surfing as we know it. And we talk to a woman who’s willing to roll up her sleeves and help you find the best way to live in a cleaner home.

President Barack Obama's embattled U.S. healthcare law, having survived a rollout marred by technology failures, reaches a milestone on Monday with the end of its first enrollment wave, and with the administration likely to come close to its goal of signing up 7 million people in private health insurance.
