Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum has sued the federal government, alleging officers have violated the civil rights of protesters.
Meanwhile, President Trump is defending his administration’s actions. During his Sunday interview with FOX News’ Chris Wallace, he said, “If you look at what’s gone on in Portland, those are anarchists, and we’ve taken a very tough stand. If we didn’t take a stand in Portland, you know we’ve arrested many of these leaders. If we didn’t take that stand, right now you would have a problem like you, you — they were going to lose Portland.”
Also, three churches have sued California Governor Gavin Newsom in federal court over his order banning singing in places of worship.
