    A new U.S. intelligence report says Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized a misinformation campaign against Joe Biden and used people close to Donald Trump to undermine the election and divide America during the 2020 U.S. election.

    Biden has his work cut out for him when it comes to repairing the U.S. relationship with Russia, says Angela Stent, Director of the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at Georgetown University.
