That’s when large chunks of rock or concrete come flying over the fence at U.S. Border Patrol agents. Agents say it happens often. Some have been badly injured from these incidents, so they shoot back to defend themselves. But is it appropriate? One deadly shooting is now under investigation and the agent is accused of second degree murder.
