Hair salons are closing again. Some owners fear they won't survive financially

Many businesses in California are required to shut down again, including beauty salons. Rosey Ibarra owns Social Salon Suites in Glendale. She rents out work stations to stylists and estheticians. She says she and her husband exhausted every avenue to help keep their salon afloat until they reopened on May 31. Now their doors are closed again.
