    On Tuesday, the Supreme Court will weigh the constitutionality of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That’s the government agency Congress created after the financial crisis 10 years ago.

    On Tuesday, the Supreme Court will weigh the constitutionality of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That’s the government agency Congress created after the financial crisis 10 years ago. On Wednesday, the court hears a big abortion case from Louisiana.

    Also today, the court agreed to hear another challenge to the Affordable Care Act. This is the third time the court will weigh in on it.
