    Congress returns to the Capitol this week, amid a growing fight between House Democrats and President Trump over the impeachment inquiry. This weekend, President Trump threatened to sue House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff. Can the U.S. president sue a member of Congress?

    We also look at Trump’s bad day in court on Friday. Five federal courts rejected the Trump administration’s arguments on tax returns, funding the border wall, and green card regulations.
