Working in the legal cannabis industry costs two people their citizenship

Two working in Colorado’s legal cannabis say their jobs cost them their chances for American citizenship. Both are green card holders who applied for permanent citizenship. But they were told they lacked good moral character. Recreational marijuana is legal in Colorado and nine other states, including California, but it’s illegal federally. We speak with the attorney who represents the two, and look at the legal tension between the federal marijuana ban and state legalization.
