Hand-Picked Music ElectronicDance
Jennifer Lee, aka TOKiMONSTA, got her start in the beat battles of Leimert Park, and quickly carved out a space in the legendary Low End Theory scene out of Lincoln Heights. She was the first female artist to join Flying Lotus's Brainfeeder label/collective and has since started her own imprint, Young Art. Her most recent album is 2025's Eternal Reverie. She joins KCRW as our Resident DJ for January 2026, beginning with this first mix, which includes music by Kaytranada & Charlotte Day Wilson, Rochelle Jordan, and Life On Planets.
