    Forget the White House. Oprah Winfrey should run for Santa Barbara County Supervisor, instead. That’s according to Zocalo Public Square columnist Joe Mathews. In his latest column, he says if Oprah wants to tackle our nation’s greatest problems, there’s no need to trudge through the D.C. swamps. She can trudge through the muddy backyard of her Montecito mansion instead.
