Fox won a legal victory over Netflix in its lawsuit regarding executive poaching. A judge determined Netflix interfered with the workplace with the forced Fox executives to breach their contracts.

And while Netflix keeps saying their model is not about releasing films in theaters, auteur directors aren’t happy with that, and the streamer just hired a film distribution executive, inching Netflix ever closer to being like a traditional studio.

The final movie in the X-Men series as we’ve known it is out this weekend. After this film, the X-Men will be under the control of Marvel’s Kevin Feige at Disney.
