    It passed by the narrowest of margins, but House Republicans were able to push through their repeal and replacement of the Affordable Care Act. And it was California's GOP delegation that had a lot to do with that. They all voted for it. But now, they own it. Will that hurt them next year when they are all campaigning for reelection?
