Beleaguered President Makes Surprise Trip to Afghanistan

President Obama made a surprise visit to Afghanistan today, where he brought Holiday greetings to American troops at Baghram Air Force Base. He praised them for their success in pushing the Taliban out of their strongholds and affording more Afghans "a chance to build a more hopeful future."
