BP Siphoning More Oil from Gushing Well

Admiral Thad Allen told a White House news briefing today that the Gulf oil spill presents an ever-changing enemy, and that "we have had to adapt and we need to adapt to meet that threat." President Obama promised that, as conditions change, the American people will be kept informed in "what is going to be a fluid and evolving process."
