The US and China have announced an agreement to eliminate tariffs on electronic goods ranging from video-game consoles to medical equipment and semiconductors. The deal was reached during President Obama’s visit to Beijing, and it’s expected to jump-start an information technology pact being negotiated in Geneva by more than 50 countries.
